DUAL Polska, in co-operation with DUAL Asset Underwriting, leading specialist in the field of arranging coverage for transactional risks in the real estate market, offers insurance of risks related to real estate purchase/sale transactions, which involved the element of unclear legal situation,, which cause a sizeable increase of transactional risk for both sides of the transaction. Insurance coverage offered by DUAL Polska transfers such transactional risk to the insurer. This insurance can be written on the basis of All Risks coverage for this transaction, or on the Named Risks basis, where liability of the insurer is limited to certain triggers within the risk. This solution allows for the simplification of the purchase of real estate properties by developers, easier asset management and refinancing of investments by the real estate investors, troublesome turnover of such properties by the commercial investors, as well as for liquidation of portfolios of non-performing mortgage loans by mortgage banks.
